Two cleanings and inspections per 12-month term. All Essential benefits, priority scheduling, and tightening existing loose fasteners and brackets where the mounting surface is sound. 10% off separately quoted gutter repairs.

Three cleanings and inspections per 12-month term around property needs. All Plus service benefits and priority scheduling. Replace up to two heavily damaged standard aluminum downspout assemblies, each up to 10 feet with two standard elbows; replace up to 10 brackets; reseal up to four endcaps/miters combined; minor slope adjustment up to 30 total feet where feasible. 15% off additional separately quoted gutter repairs replaces the Plus discount; discounts do not stack.

Starting prices cover up to 180 feet and one story. Homes above either limit add 20% to the standard cleaning price. Final annual pricing requires property inspection and approval.
Full payment upfront for a 12-month term. No monthly payments or installments. Plans activate only after inspection approval, customer acceptance and successful payment.
Fascia/soffit replacement, rotten wood, roof repairs, structural/foundation work, underground drainage, full gutter replacement and specialty materials such as copper are excluded. Existing damage, severe clogs and restoration work require separate estimates unless specifically approved. Annual allowances have no cash value and do not roll over. Above-limit work needs a separate estimate and customer approval.
